Pickup & Delivery Laundry Service Terms

These Pickup & Delivery Terms apply to customers using the Clean Duds Laundromat pickup and delivery laundry service, including orders scheduled through our website or the Cents platform.
By scheduling a pickup or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Service Availability
Pickup and delivery services are available in designated service areas and during scheduled time windows.
Service availability may vary based on demand, weather conditions, holidays, or operational factors.
Clean Duds reserves the right to modify pickup schedules when necessary.
Order Processing
Laundry orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, depending on service volume and selected service type.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Laundry Sorting and Care
Customers are responsible for checking all pockets and removing personal items before submitting laundry.
Clean Duds is not responsible for:
Items left in pockets
Damage due to normal washing processes
Items that are unsuitable for machine washing or drying
Unless otherwise specified, laundry will be washed with other items in the same order using standard commercial detergents.
Delicate or Special Care Items
Customers should clearly identify items requiring special handling.
Clean Duds may decline to process items that:
Require dry cleaning
Are excessively soiled with hazardous materials
May damage equipment
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take reasonable care in handling garments, laundromat processing carries inherent risks.
In the event of loss or damage verified to have occurred during processing:
Liability is limited to 10 times the service charge for the item, or
Fair market value, whichever is lower.
Clean Duds is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Color bleeding
Shrinkage
Manufacturer defects
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up or accepted after 30 days may be donated or disposed of at Clean Duds’ discretion.
Pickup Location Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that pickup and delivery locations are:
Safe and accessible
Clearly labeled
Free of hazards
Clean Duds is not responsible for lost or stolen laundry left unattended at pickup or delivery locations.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to pickup without charge.
Orders canceled after pickup may be subject to processing fees.
Payment
Payment is required upon order completion unless otherwise specified.
Charges may include:
